Hear about two new open software tools allowing text searches and combining them with text annotations to make collaborative investigations with open data easy and powerful. This combined technology helps journalists, researchers and investigators, who use both open and secret data, to share, tag, and comment, publicly or privately, enabling deep investigative collaborations.
